4211 C Guest Home – Shortcut

4211 – 3 acre tract that the Grandma Denton gave to her grandson to build a home and live forever next to her back in 1978. He sold not long after and moved. When he sold it he ruined the private ownership of the land. Now added back by us, back in 2015-2016.

I completely repainted and renovated the whole home both inside and out in June 2022. Roof to drain field.

The Last Purchase in 2015-16. The Key to OWNING IT ALL This purchase gave the 141 into 144 acres. The ability to have full control of the main road in and 3 level acres of land. Paved around the home. It is a great rental home.
Completely redone in June 2022. This home got a professional roof cleaning. Chimney back to working (new tenants are REALLY into how to tend a fire). The home got new custom paint complete on the full outside. Eves, siding etc. Full repaint inside (upper level only) All new kitchen appliances. I spent $$$ cutting down a huge tree limb that hung over the garage as it had the potential to come down someday.
Septic tanks are located on left side (not photoed) below the home in back. I had it pumped and installed risers. Then added a repaired and updated drain field in June 2022.
