This front entrance, consisting of 3 acres was not part of the original purchase. I finally acquired it in 2009.

It is the key to the main entrance to the 138 acres. My initial design was to have a MAIN ENTRANCE. That was winding through the middle of the front 3 acre tract – popping out onto the main road of poppy way about where the existing structure/home is now.

Then, just use the other existing road as a service road. Or even put a small cabin or two hidden with access roads to each from the 3 acre entrance. Cocke County says 3/4 acre or more of land per home.
