After 1 year I added a laundry W/D to the end of the kitchen!All the furnishing inside were/are mine. But, the tenant has lived there for almost 5 years now. I have maintained the basics. He works at Wilton Springs Hdwe as a GM. He has paid rent every month no problem. He and his GF live there.
