This home is in absolutely HORRIBLE condition.

The oven was never cleaned. (Literally the least of my worries…. SADLY)

Especially after your text you sent 2 days AFTER your supposed move out date… stating that it was ” MOVE IN READY”!?????????????????????????????????????????????? For a family of cats and rats maybe?

I showed the Sherriff officer that came out, the text you sent me where you said that it is READY FOR A FAMILY TO MOVE IN?? WOW?? (unbelievable you could say that)

The SMELL OF CAT URINE EVERYWHERE but especially the basement is terrible. Then, you must of poured ammonia or something STRONG (Burned my eyes and made me sick being in the home, and the officers eyes just being in the home)

I will be spending at least 3 weeks with a company to ATTEMPT to get rid of the odor.

THEN, your brothers bedroom. OMG!!!

There is rat droppings MAINLY in his old room but of course… they are rats, so they are droppings everywhere now.

If I felt I could get a buck more out of you I would sue for damages.

You stayed in my home JUST OVER 1 YEAR and did damage that is possibly going to take 4 or 5 professional treatments according to the Police Officer I had come and make a report about it.

THAT WAY… HE COULD SMELL IT!

NOTE: Look at how much cat litter that has been swept (to “hide it”) under the downstairs bench.
